- Marjo has been directly involved
in the operations of oil and gas
wells through exploration and
acquisition in the Mid-Continent
Region for over 15 years. The
Company's experience encompasses the
full range of oil and gas operations
including the administration,
drilling, completion, and production
of oil and gas properties.

- A few of the areas of Marjo's
expertise are outlined below.

- Land
- All areas of land from prospect
inception to sales of hydrocarbons,
including: leasing, farmout
agreements, property negotiations,
property acquisition, Oklahoma
Corporation Commission spacing,
pooling and location exception
matters, gas marketing alternatives,
surface damage settlements and
agreements, operating agreements,
title curative, assignments,
division orders, gas sales
contracts, gas gathering and oil
sales contracts. Marjo is also
insured on all operated properties
and approved to operate in the city
limits of Oklahoma City and Edmond,
Oklahoma.
- Engineering
- All areas of engineering
including drilling/completion
coordination. This would entail:
Oklahoma Corporation Commission
pooling/spacing/location exceptions
and preparation of general forms,
Oklahoma Water Resources Board
Permits, management of dirt work,
drilling contractors, service
companies, completion work
(including workovers), stimulation
operations and log analysis for
perforation selection, reserve
estimation and completion,
construction of surface facilities,
pumping unit design, pumper and
continuous property management. In
addition, Marjo currently has a good
relationship with a large number of
service companies which result in
larger discounts to projects,
significantly lowering the actual
drilling, completion and workover
costs.
- Accounting
- All areas of oil and gas
accounting, including monthly joint
interest billings, revenue
distribution, property income and
expense reports and investor
accounting. We can also handle
tracking and paying of vendor
invoices, collection and tracking of
accounts receivables/AFE
expenditures.
- General
Management
- Marjo is owned and managed by
Mark Meador, Brian Keefer, and Joe
Mueller, all independent producers.
Through their respective experience,
the Company has established a
reputation for achieving the maximum
production while minimizing expenses
on wells. Combined with obtaining
the most competitive price on the
sale of hydrocarbons on each well,
Marjo has a proven track record of
successfully maximizing the client's
return.
