| Marjo operates over 200 wells across
Central, Northeastern, Northern, Southern, and
Southeastern Oklahoma. Marjo operates wells
within the counties of: Bryan, Canadian, Creek,
Garfield, Hughes, Kay, Lincoln, Logan, McClain,
Noble, Okfuskee, Oklahoma, Pawnee, and Payne in
the state of Oklahoma and Lea in the state of
New Mexico. In addition to Marjo's operated
prospects, the Company is actively involved in
industry partners’ prospects as well, giving
Marjo superior positions in many core oil and
natural gas producing areas across the
Mid-Continent Region and surrounding areas.
Most of these partners are also independent oil
and gas operators with the same goals in mind as
Marjo.

Unconventional Resources
Hunton Lime
Marjo has several projects centered around
the Hunton Lime transition zone in Lincoln, Oklahoma, and Okfuskee Counties. These
wells are either drilled vertically to a total
depth of about 5,000 feet, or they are drilled
horizontally to a measured depth of about 9,000
feet. In order
to recover natural gas and crude oil reserves
from this limestone formation, "dewatering" must
be applied, a process in which high volume
electric submersible pumps are run in the
wellbore to move several thousand barrels of
saltwater per day. This mass movement of
saltwater allows the hydrocarbons in the
formation to enter the wellbore and be
produced. Marjo drilled and completed two
Hunton producers in 2008, and is investigating
both new drill and recompletion opportunities
for 2009.

Conventional Resources
Shallow Sands
Marjo develops a variety of shallow sandstone
formations, primarily for crude oil, across the
state of Oklahoma. Marjo drilled at least
four such producers in 2008, and is currently
investigating opportunities to expand these
shallow fields through additional drilling.
Red Fork and Mississippi
Formations
Marjo is working on some new
conventional projects, with drilling aimed at
both of these formations, for 2009.
