Joseph Simon Field Superintendent Joe has been with Marjo since 1999. Joe oversees all aspects of lease construction, production, and maintenance, including supervision of service contractors. Prior to working for Marjo, Joe was employed for Green Operating, Inc. for nineteen years. Before Green, Joe worked for Operators, Inc., as well as several workover rig and roustabout service companies. In addition to his employment with Marjo, Joe is president of the Carney School Board, vice president of the Carney Betterment Association, owner of Ruth's Carney Cafe along with his wife, and manager of MMK Properties, LLC, Marjo's farming and ranching division.
