Tulsa, Oklahoma and Mueller Oil & Gas Limited, Calgary, Canada. In
this capacity as to Marjo Oil Company: Managed and directed all
areas of land from prospect inception to sales of hydrocarbons,
including: leasing, farmout or property negotiations and
acquisition, lease and mineral management/administration, Oklahoma
Corporation Commission spacing, pooling and location exception
matters, litigation, gas marketing alternatives available, surface
damages settlement and agreements, Operating Agreements, title
curative, assignments and division orders, gas sales contracts, gas
gathering, oil sales contracts. In the capacity of Land Manager of
Mueller Oil and Gas Limited, Managed and directed all areas of land
from prospect inception including lease acquisition, farmout/property
negotiation, lease administration, Energy Resources Conservation
Board/Alberta Energy matters, Operating Agreements and Assignment/Novation
Agreements.
